car has alot of trouble starting when its below 60 degrees..

and when i do get it to start it blows white smoke for a min or tooo..

here is what i did so far::

both upstream O2
check and tested pos and ref crank shaft position sensors.
and fuel filter..

what the F@@k

 

Change your engine coolant temperature sensor.
