Almost out........
I have a 99SE and it has 30k on it right now. My car is from Courtesy Nissan, and I've had it serviced there as well as buying parts there. The parts guys are great, but the service I'm not too sure on. I was planning on driving my car until 35k and bringing it to the dealership for an oil change or such. I have a few minor rattles that I can report, but is there any way to have them do a full service on the car and whats the best way to go about asking? From reading the previous posts on warranties Nissan isn't usually too willing to give out parts, but I've also read of people getting parts which were unrelated to their service request. Maybe some of you have some stories or tricks which might help out.
Thanks.

If you can demonstrate the problem to them, and if its covered under warranty, they will fix it for you. The thing that happens most of the time is that people go to the dealership unprepared and end up wasting their time with the idiot service manager there. You should take the service manager for a test drive, and let them hear/feel/see every problem you want fixed. Otherwise, they'll just return the car to you at the end of the day and say "sorry we couldn't reproduce the problem."
I forgot to mention it last night, but my car also squeeks when I depress the clutch fully. I'm assuming it's just the button that lets you start your car, but can this button just be lubed with WD40 or something?
