Engine hesitation(please help!)

Recently, I've noticed a bit of hesitation in 3rd gear between 2500 and 3000 rpm. The engine is very strong in every other gear and rpm range and it only happens between 2500 and 3000 rpm. I've pulled the codes and everything checks out. I replaced my fuel-filter 3 weeks ago and I'm going to clean my JWT intake in the next couple of weeks. My car has 48K miles. Do you think I should go ahead and replace the plugs or do I need to clean the injectors and the throttle body. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You should Clean your Fuel Injection and Throttle body, and spark plugs at 60,000 miles.

I know I can clean the throttle body myself but do I have to take my car to a mechanic to get the fuel injection service?
