How to run a wire from engine bay to interior...

i'm doing this drop resistor mod for my automagic, but i couldn't figure out how to run a wire from engine bay to the interior...
For those of you who did this mod...how did you run the wire from engine bay to the interior?? Thanks

two ways.

1. beneath drivers side inner fender you will find a grommet to allow a small wire or two to be pushed in along with the factory harnesses.

2. on the firewall, drivers side, there is enough room to the left of the brake pedal to drill whatever size hole you may need. Don't forget to seal around the wire to prevent leakage and chafing of the wire insulation.

there is a grommet much higher on the firewall (small round plastic piece) left of center (driver's side) behind the intake manifold.. it pulls right out.

I also have an AT and would like to know something to make it automagic....

i suggest that if you do this mod you drop in a tranny cooler. I have done it but i only use it to race. my wires are along the door but i might rerun them
