How do I replace the wheels studs?

I left my haynes manual at school in boston, so can anyone tell me how to replace the wheel studs on all 4 wheels? I'm going to do this tomorrow if a mechanic shop wont do it for me. I have to drive back to school in boston on sunday so i have NO time to get this done. Oh and what parts do i need to buy? to replace the 20 studs?

God i wish i didnt forget the manual.

I replied to your other post. If i remember, the only parts you will need are the studs, lugs that fit them and some antiseize.
