stalling

For some reason recently when my max starts cold...the RPMs do not stay at 600 like for a warm start...they dip too low and end up stalling. The only I can keep it from stalling every time is to pump the throddle. Is there something that needs to be uncloged or something like that?

Clean your throttle body - www.motorvate.ca

Check your Engine Cooland Temp Sensor
Check the fast idle plunger to see if it's working

Your going to need a Haynes manual for the resistance table for the coolant sensor, it will also show you where the fast idle plunger is and how it's adjusted.
