Whats up with that the car died at the local gas station and i had it towed to my mechanic he went through it and came to the conclusion that it is the anti-theft. i said ok no problem can you fix it he said well no... he doesnt feel he is qualified and it should be taken to nissan i got mad..but he's not charging me anything for the work he did to figure out what it is i just have to have it taken to nissan, and they want like 70 bucks just to diagnose it is there anyway i can bypass the antitheft device so i dont have to worry about i dont car for the alarm so it is no big deal i just want the car to start. Any help would be most appreciated. Brian

this is a long shot... but did you try starting the car while the car was in neutral?

 

What are the symptoms?
Does it crank?
Have you checked your ECU for error codes?

No start conditions can be caused by quite a few things. Crank and Cam Shaft sensors that go bad will cause a no start condition. The car will crank, but will never start and run.

So tell us, what exactly is your car doing?
