need help on buying a maxima

hey guys
i have seen two very clean maxima's and i cant decide on which to get
first one: 1997 se with every available option, black on black with 83k miles .is that high should i worry about it?

second one : 1999 gxe with every option exept leather
with 47k miles ,black

both are auto and in the same price range
i like the se more but i dont know since its a 97 and has 83k miles on it
any thoughts?

You wont have problems with the 97, you wont have problems with the 99 either... Personally I woulda got the 97 because of the black on black leather... MMMMM...
