Two words, GOT RICE. That thing is ugly and will sound like crap and will offer little if any power gains. If yer gonna get exhaust do it right, like a catback system or a high flow muffler with custom 2.25 in piping since you arent boosted, unless you get boost then youll want 2.5 in to 3 in piping

It's not an exhaust and it's not from Apex'i. It's just a muffler.

well it will offer more flow than your stock at the cost of silence.
By the looks of things, you'll need to have some custom piping/welding work done to have it installed.

A Catback will run you probably double/triple the cost of this muffler. However, either will be cheaper than getting the stock part from Nissan directly. If your current muffler has a hole and you dont want to spend $400+ and dont mind the looks, this is your ticket...
Beyond the unconstructive critcism above, Remember that you get what you pay for. Cheers

Did Apexi ever make a catback for the 97+ or only 95 and 96?

Apexi only made WS for 95-96, and there is no N1 catback.

i had the real N1 from apexi and i wouldn't say it's definetely all riced out. the inlet is 2.5" piping which gives a lot of exhaust with with 4.5" tip, very agressive looking and should be best use with a SC or a turbo system.

u should get intake, y-pipe, and the mid-pipe before u get N1...cuz u don't wanna create too much back pressure jus with a single muffler. and tat's rice.

the reason i sold this muffler cuz N1 is too loud for me, and i'm lookin for somethin quieter like the OBX catback or the A'pexi WS... but never hurts to try =)

and lastly... the muffler ur lookin at is jus apexi N1 "style"... it is NOT the actually N1 from Apexi. if u don't have an intake or a Y-pipe don't get it.

Cannister mufflers sound like rice in 99% of cases, also a muffler alone WILL NOT give you any power whatsoever
