1. Pop hood
2. Remove Clearance Light by taking out screw on top and pulling light out.
3. Remove grill by twisting screw driver in both ends of grill
4. Remove 2 screws on side of headlight assembly that were exposed after clearance light removal.
5. Remove 2 screws on back of headlight.
6. Un hook the bulbs and pull headlight out.

how do you remove the bottom of the 2 10mm bolts behind the headlight..it is impossible to reach! that metal bar is in the way and you cant use your socket wrench..need help badly!

I use a 3½ inch extension bar to remove top nut behind headlight. The flexy angle corner attachment on the end of my extension bar mounted atop a 10mm socket works just fine for the lower nut (drivers side). The passenger side is a little tricky, I remove the bottom one by the 'extension with flexy thing' just till loose, then I must finish bottom bolt by hand. The top, with a longer extension 6" i think. I take my headlamp housings out frequently.

Put grease on the nubs on the back of the side marker housings to make re-installation and removal much much easier.

My 2¢
