polarg bulbs

i've searched on the forum about theses brand of light bulbs and i've decided i'm going to try to upgrade all of my interior and exterior lighting. does anyone know the best place to get POLARGS? and i need a good quality wire harness for the headlights because i'm planning to run higher wattage bulbs in them, and i'm being safe about it.

You can try EBay, I got a few pairs off of there.
