He is going to rip you off. I am high bid and 3 people have emailed me warning me not to send money.
I emailed him and he said if it does not go over 525 he is not going to ship the item. ( but his auction have no reserve)
He has kept 3 peoples money and said he will send the money back when he gets a chance.
