Maxxtunning's Exedy Stg 1 Clutch

I bought an Exedy Stage 1 clutch kit from the GD Maxxtunning was doing. I have had it installed for about 2 weeks now and recently the clutch pedal has been getting very hard to push in and when I do push it in I get a metal on metal sound. I took it to the trans shop that put it in and he looked at it and said there is something wrong with the pressure plate. Has anyone else had similar problems?????
