dunlop sport a2

i am almost totally convinced i wanna get the sport a2's

i am paranoid about loosing control in bad weather and a few feet of snow wont stop me from driving so i need all weather tires (what sux is that i go to school in nc where there is little snow and i only have to deal with snow at home for winter break in nj and dont want 2 sets of rubber for summer/winter)

anyways i was wondering how well the a2's will hold up if to a few track and autox days (not looking to race much, but gonna give it a try)...i also corner pretty hard on the road

can anyone tell me how tread wear is with a little racing and aggressive driving...i hope to get atleast 30+k on these tires

thanks

The A2's will get you by in the snow, their good in wet weahter.
They do tend to wear out quickly, especially if your an agressive driver.
They are a very smooth, quiet, good performaing all around sport tire.

I live in NJ and have 2 sets of wheels/tires. The A2's are my winter tires.

Yea My A2's are going to be winter tires too once I get my rims/9k's. They seem pretty good to me although I agree that they aren't the best for performance. Not all that sticky and do seem to wear a bit quick.

I have had the Dunlop Sport A2's on for about a year. Time to replace them. I got around 30k on them. I go the drag strip on ocassion and am a fairly agressive driver. They wear fast under those conditions. Other than that I was happy with their performance.
