Removing and ReFabricating Side Panels???

How do you remove the side cloth panels on the doors for the fronts and the rears? Also if anyone knows anything about putting vinyl over the panels, that would help.

There is no way to remove them? What are you suppose to do to secure the new fabric around them? Glue? I am gonna use vinyl on the sides. What has everyone else used?

Leave the factory fabric in place and spray the adhesive on the cloth avoid over spraying into the panels and also spray the backside of the vinyl. Then let it get tacky (follow the spray adhesive manufacturer's instruction on this) lay it on the factory fabric, smooth it out from the middle to outside and then start tucking the edges with with a round spoon handle.
Here is a pic of my door inserts..
