All I did was hammer it off from the base of the handle.

Stock Handle Removal
- heat up handle with hairdryer for 3-5 min.
- knock off stock handle by using flathead screwdriver & hammer
- set flat head of screw driver against base of the e-brake handle
- hammer away softly until handle comes off
- heat with hairdryer if stock handle doesn't budge
