I know this question has been asked before but how much money would it run to convert the bumper and the tailights from a 95 to a 97/99 max and where would be the cheapest place to buy everything I need.

There is somebody in the org offering good prices on bumper and fenders painted colormatched to your car. Maybe he can get you all the parts and give you more discount.
