Starter Noise Fix

A few months ago my starter began making the noise common to many our cars. I found information on how to fix it on Maxima.org...tackled the project last weekend, and it went great. It took me a couple hours, but this was the first time I had done it...if anyone needs any advice, let me know...it's really pretty straight forward.
