Cheapest place to get Injen Intake

Is it really true that low-end lag results from use of the Stillen bolt-on intake? If so, I'm looking for an Injen, but where is the cheapest one I can find?

Adventon.com is the cheapest place to get the Injen. I got mine in 10 business days.
