Question about High Flow Cats........

I was talking to some friends and they were telling me there are some High Flow Cats that aren't good aftermart parts for the exhaust( meaning they aren't good Quality). I was wondering if anyone knew which ones they are?? Which cat should I purchase, RT, Warpspeed, budget etc. I just some suggestions

they all the same and it probably only adds about 1-2HP at most...

don't by the RT cat. that POS will fall apart and start rattling within a few weeks. stick with stock or get a straight pipe.
