Suspension question?????

Hey guys and gals, i have a question that i need answered. I want to lower my car and I heard that as long as you don't lower the Max near or below 2 inches, that you can get away with not buying struts right away. I will eventually get struts but just for now, if i were to lower my 95 Max about 1.3 to 1.5 inches with coilovers, would I NEED struts right away or can i get away with not using new struts for a little while. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if you are gonna do that go with H&R since is the ones that comes the closest to the SE springs and they only drop it 1.4".

Well you still need to get the struts but with the H&Rs your stock struts might last just a little longer, giving you some time to buy aftermarket struts. The reaon is because H&R is not a big drop is only about 1.4 and the springs is the closest one in ride quality to the SE stock springs. But if you are planning on going lower than 2.0" then your stock struta won't last you very long. Coil overs are usually harder than any stock aftermarket spring setup.
