Want to make my Ride Smoother any suggestions?????

hey guys i was just curious as to what i could do to make my car ride smoother? Im starting to notice that im feeling the bumps in the a lot more after i put more miles on my maxima and im just wondering what are the best mods that i should do to make my car run smoother?? Shocks???, struts???, sway bar?? anything other than these things??, Any info would be greatly appriciated I have no i deea where to start???

possibly some tokico blue or gr-2

GR2's are firm and will give you better handling at the price of some ride comfort.

Tokico Blues will give you a smooth luxury car like ride.

Tom, Where's your thread on the suspension install? You posted one last year sometime and I want to wrap my springs and make the bushings from the gasket material.

What about those KYB struts on custommaxima They talk very highly of them which ones do you guys think is better the Tokico blues or the KYB's AGX struts??? If your going for more of a smotther ride (luxury) rather than (sportscar)stiff ???

Strut mount isolation gasket mod. Do the same for the rears.







I prefer the Nissan Isolators over Radio Shack or other wrap. Check the FAQ thread, I posted Nissan P/Ns of some good thick, long isolators for the fronts and the standard rear ones that were very reasonably priced from Nissan. One isolator goes on the bottom of the rear springs, the fronts get 2. One on the bottom coil and one on the second one down from the top. Every setup I do like that has been silent.

get the GLE setup. My dad has a GLE and i have a SE and i enjoy riding his car alot more when it comes to smoothness.... you gotta have the soft/smooth ride to be pimpin'.....j/k
