ECT sensor ??
From searching on this forum, I feel I might also have the "ECTS" problem. I own a 1998 Max GXE.
I have to give the car some gas when starting almost all the time, then it is fine,no hesitation of any kind. I get great gas mileage. (between 22-77 depending on how aggresive I drive)
If I run into a store and come out it starts right up, but if I let it sit say ay work or overnight, then I need to nurse the gas.
Are there any other possibilities that I should investigate?
