Just installed the Philips Blue Vision bulb in my wifes car after one of hers blew out. For comparisons sake I put just one in and compared to the original Halogen still functioning and the difference was readily apparent.
The original Halogen are stark yellow compared to the pure white light coming from the Philips bulb.
I put both in and these bulbs and drove along our daily commute that is really in pitch blackness at night. No moonlight or nothin.
First -the projection is much further. wider and longer.
Her stock car can stop well within the distance of the lights broadcast range.
It was like driving down the road with her orignal brights on.- impressive.
Flipping to brights is like turning on the sun. It is amazing.
I guess I just never knew how bad the stock lights were until I changed them out.

Where did you get the philips blue visions and did you get any for the corner lights that are right next to the head lights? Anyone know what the size of bulbs to get for the corner lights?

before someone comes in and tells you to do a search, try your local K-Mart store. Polarg is good for the cornering.
