Foglight without parking light.

I found many threads about rewiring the foglight with the parking lights on through the search mode, but I was not able to find anything diections to rewire the fogs to come on even without the parking lights, is this possible?

i dont know if this can be done. I thought the fog light switch is supplied power from the parking lights.

I have mine setup that way but i'm using an aftermarket switch. But i think it can be done with the factory switch.....It's just one wire that needs to be connected to a power source when the ignition is on instead of using the parking light leads. It can be located in the steering column....i'm not sure exactly whcih one is it.

The fog light switch sends ground so just take the +12 wire and hook it up to anything that is +12

I have my fogs set up to the factory switch. Run a wire from the fuse box on the passenger side of you engine bay. It is black box that has a label that says FOG LIGHTS. I ran a wire to my + terminal on my batter.
