I want to pain my chrome grill and door handles myself to save some money. I went to look on the website and for automotive spray paints they have lacquer and enamel. Which one would I need to use??

 

I just bought paint from Tower and it was an exact match for my car, a burgandy Max. The paint is great and inexpensive. For you I would recomend buying some duplicolor enamel. The laquer would be better dries faster. Meaning you can put on quick coats. Whereas, enamel you have to wait until dry (long time) before a second coat or clear coat. But you can paint over laquer with enamel but not vise versa.
