Left Headlight dimmer than right headlight

I've did everything i could think of. I really dont want to take it to a dealer or whatnot, but i can't figure it out. The passenger headlight and sidemarker is bright as anything...very very bright. But my right driverside headlight and sidemarker are very very dim. Its very noticable. I've replaced the headlight, upgraded wiring harness, and still dont know what is going on. Has this happened to anyone? Any solution besides spending 200 bucks to get this fixed? please give me some insight.

The driver's side headlight is aimed lower by default to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. The passenger's side is aimer a bit higher to light up the side of the road. Is that it maybe?

This sounds like a classic grounding problem I had a week ago. I found where the lights are grounded and redid my grounding. Hope this helps. Maybe check the power relay?
