can i add factory fogs eventhough my car didnt come with that option and if so how hard would it be to install them and if they come in a kit

 

Should be easy to install. The wiring should be already there and the kit comes with everything you need to install the foglights including a new light stalk.

 

If you want to make sure your car is prewired for foglights, take a look at the bumper hole where the foglight would be installed. If there is an unused-plug taped to the wiring harness, it is probably for the foglight. If your car has the security and convenience package, it should be pre-wired. But double check to be sure.
