If you have already changed the thermostat and the fans are working, then the only places left to look at are water pump, and Rad

My 99 SE started overheating last summer. I changed the thermostat and flushed the cooling system, and had the dealer check all sensors. The dealer said that they suspected the rad was partially plugged causing poor circulation. I pulled the rad out and looked inside the rad, and it seemed OK, but i changed it anyway, and the overheating went away.

Changing the rad is easier and cheaper than the water pump

Could it possibly be the Coolant Temperature Sensor. If this is off, your temp. reading will be off too.

i spoke with an old nissan tech he said unless the pump is leaking its ok.the sensor is also new.as far as the radiator goes i dont think it clogged in one year especially after flushing it.i've been using toyota antifreeze in it,so no deposits.i'll probably take it to nissan.thanks for replies.
