H&R spring problem

I guess it started right after the install. I did it at this place called Illusions Motor Sports, should have gone to Sonic Boom. Anyway, I noticed that the passenger side rear had slightly more wheel gap than the rear driver side. The finger measurements seemed to be the same, but visually it sat a bit higher. The guys said at the place said I should give it time to settle. I called three weeks later and their excuse is that afternarket components have these problems and said there was nothing they could do. Over time, six months, I kept noticing it more. I even tried several level grounds. Everywhere I went, I would always check it. I would seem to sit equal on both sides sometimes but the gap would be more noticeable at other times.
So today I took my car to get it balanced at Tire Kingdom and told the guy there about it. He said he had a similar problem on his civic and said it was the springs. When I asked what he did, he said he got air bags.
But he reffered me to Sonic Boom which is a block behind there place. Has anyone had similar experiences or know what I should do?

I also thought I had this problem. Sometimes the drivers rear end seemed lower . The thing is that I have an uneven driveway and my heavy speaker box woofer combo bolted in the rear corner of the car on the drivers side did't help either. I actually measured both sides on even ground and they were the same, and looked the same too(until I did this I was begging to get worried). Give them a call as 99Maxima5sp said, and see what they tell you. They do come with a warranty.

I also bought mine from the Tirerack. Mine was just sort of an optical illusion. When I park on the even part of my driveway they look even. It was just that one part of the driveway has some uneven ground on it, so no sagging problem for me. I am very happy with my H&R springs

No need to worry, bobjohnson. I found a perfect level business driveway near around the Sonic Boom store today. I got out my tape measurer and spent 20 minutes comparing both sides quanitativley and visually. The result ... it's an even drop on both sides! What a relief. I have the same optical illusion experience that 1996blackmax mentioned. I guess my problem is that I pay too much attention to trying to make the car look perfect on the drop since I spent more than I planned on having the springs and shocks installed. At least that worry has dissappeared. Thanks for the input guys.
