Heavy Steering Wheel

When i am parking, the steering wheel gets so stiff i have to use both my hands and alot of strength to move the steering wheel. Anyone out there that can help me out with this, could it be a bad pump ???

Check your power steering fluid level maybe.

Power steering fluid is fine, thats y i dont understand the problem...

low idle (but then you would feel that)
weak steering pump
rack loosing pressure
something clogged limiting fluid flow

Replace power steering fluid. I did that a couple of times already and the steering effort always get lower.
