I get a 14 03 code from my ECU and cannot start my Max. Under the hood while the key is in the ON position but not cranking I'm getting an odd humming/buzzing that I have not heard before. The battery/starter are strong. I was able to start it once last night but got a strong shaking after the car warmed up and rpms dipped below 1000 (and bounced between 700-500) Any help is appreciated....
