How to install a new antenna mast?
From HYANES Manual:
Note: At least 2 people should perform this task.
1.) Remove the antenna mast-retaining nut.
2.) With one person controlling the ignition switch and the second person holding the antenna mast, turn the ignition key and the radio to the ON position. This will enable the antenna mast to unwind itself from the motor assembly.
3.) When installing the antenna mast insert the antenna cable with the teeth facing the rear of the vehicle. Then have your assistant turn the ignition key and the radio to the ON position. This will enable the antenna mast to wind itself back into the motor assembly.
4.) The remainder of the installation is the reverse of removal.

Just ordered a new antenna mast from courtesy. I think it was about $23 for anyone interested to know.
Anyway, when the thing gets here, any tips on how to put it in?
Thanks in advance.

(1) Remove the antenna bezel nut. Use an antenna wrench such as Steck 21600. For details, go to http://www.steckmfg.com/21600.htm. If you don't have the special wrench, a pair of needle-nose pliers can be used. Cover the paint all around the bezel nut with a soft cloth to protect the finish against an accidental slip. Be careful!
(2) Have an assistant turn on the radio. This will cause the antenna rod to raise (or at least, to try). Grasp the antenna rod and help it up and all the way out of the car.
(3) Insert the new antenna rope with the gear teeth facing the rear of the vehicle.
(4) When you feel the gear teeth begin to engage, have your assistant turn the radio off. Gently guide the rope and mast inward as the power antenna motor draws it down. It should pull the mast all the way down.
(5) Install the bezel nut. Tighten to 2 foot-pounds.
