Courtesy Light Fuse Question
I was installing new lights in my door courtesty lights, PIAA extreme white, and I got the passenger one in fine, but when I put the driver side one in, it wouldn't work. I thought it might be the light assembly so I switched them and the assembly worked fine. In just putting in a new light there is no real way I could fry my wiring, so I think it may just be a fuse. Does anyone know which fuse comtrols this so I can replace it, or does anyone have any idea what may have caused this?
thanks in advance for your help whoever replies.

Not Sure
on the left side of the front fender under the hood there is a fuse box. fusible link f 30a and fuse 56 7.5a might be the problem. thet is also a circuit breaker in the left kick pannel (Wht/red wire out wht/blk wire in. Also in the fuse box under the stearing wheel there is 3 fuses fuse 12 7.5a fuse 26 7.5a and fuse 40 7.5a. If both lights are out and your dome light I would try fuse 26. give me some more info and maby I can give your the exact problem. Does your dome light work and what lights dont work driver or pasanger side or both.

I have a busted passenger side courtesy light too.....Some people told me to get a new door switch so I did.....That didnt solve the problem....I hooked it up to a multimeter and it still conducts 12.7 volts. All my other lights in the cabin work as well. Any clues?

bump
can anyone else give me any insight into this problem? or have any idea which fuse or whatever this could be. I'de really hate to have to take my car to shop to get something thats probably so simple fixed. and I'm sure I will hate it even more once I saw the bill. Any more insight into this problem would be gratly appreciated.
