What modd helps top speeds

Alright i have a y-pipe and a shortram intake right now, what other modds can i put to improve top speed and highway speeds , would a b-pipe and cat help me out , or a cold air intake or maybe a pulley??what do you guys think??

MEVI no doubt. While your at it get JWT ecu to raise rev limiter to get full potential out of mevi.

why not turbocharge too?

and, if you have a WELL ENGINEERED body kit, the better airflow
and reduced lift can also help with your top speed and stability.

What is the cheapest/best price I could get a MEVI for?? I dont got 4,000 for a turbo.
