Sound

How come my MAX does not have sound like those small civics. Even though I have a nice muffler. Some guy was telling me that I have to remove the resonator to get that sound. I am not sure what you guys
say.

Perpare to possibly get some flames. But one why would you ever want your car to sound like a small civic? Anyway the reason is you have a 3.0 V6 and civic's have a small inline 4 cyl engine. You should be glad your car does not sound like a ricey civic...

I assume you've kept the stock intake as well... it generates less of a V8-type rumble without a modified intake...

tips for making your car sound like a civic---

Ground up 2 1/2- 3 lbs rice.
Add water
Pour mixture into fuel tank

Start 'er up and go..... Statisfaction guaranteed....
Or we'll replace your rice AT NO COST TO YOU!!!
