broke a stud on my strut tower...

broke a stud on my strut tower...

I found out that the bolts that hold the strut assembly to the body can only be torked down to about 35 psi... i made the mistake of torking it without knowing the specs, and i broke one off... oops!

good job.. you need the part that has the bolts coming out of it. i believe its the gold colored round thing with a hole in the middle that goes on top of the strut mount. go to your nissan dealer and ask them to show you the diagram of the front suspension, and tell them the part you need.
