**QUESTION for peeps using KYB dust boots***

just got them in the mail from Tire Rack.com and noticed two things.

1) the fronts come with a washer, do i need this for install and if so where exactly does it go. The instruction sheet does not explain that part of it. please explain...

2) all four boots have zip ties in the box, is it necessary to zip tie these down to the AGX or just let them hang loose when i install them? please explain....

thanks boys!

Hmmm...a washer? I didn't get any washers in mine. SB103 and SB108 right? I don't know what to tell you.

I installed zip ties on all four corners on mine. I'm starting to think that I should take the rear ones off becuase there is alot of excess boot up there when the car is on the ground (not on jacks).

This pic shows the boot w/ zip tie installed...

Boot and strut mount...

Hope this helps...

i threw out the washer, and did zip-tie all the boots, so the stuff wouldnt scratch the shaft.
