Exhaust shaking/rattling Problem

Exhaust shaking/rattling Problem
I have a problem with my cars exhaust shaking real bad when you get on it. My friends were behind me and said you can see the whole muffler when I floor it, not just the tip. They said the tip goes down approximately 2 inches. Any Ideas? I think its hang ers, but is there anything I can look for under the car. I also have a problem with revving the car about 3,000 rpm in neutral and a very bad grinding rattling noise coming from the exhaust when letting off the gas. I think it has something to do with my budget y pipe, and I remember reading about problems like mine, but cant seem to find them. Please give me some help.
Thank you,
-Nick
BTW: I have a budget y pipe with a stock cat, and stock b pipe, and stock muffler.

You probably need to replace one or more of the rubber hangers on the exhaust.
Also, check the heat shield around the cat. Mine got pretty rusty and fell off last year. Could be one side is loose and rattling.

1. go back to the guy that did your work.
2. Put the car up in the air and look around under it shaking stuff around to see whats hitting, check your hangers.
I have made several changes to my setup and the last time I lost some length which caused some problems. So we had to cut and weld in a section. Worked perfect.
Not a big problem, just one that will eat at your insides until you seek out the noises and destroy them.
