"clicking" from left front wheel well...

noticed it after a recent suspension swap... contstant clicking matching tire roll.. Only audible under load, tire looks clean, clearance looks ok.. this is driving straight as opposed to only hearing it while turning. wheels seems to be tight, no visible grease, rips on the cv joint.. not audible in the cabin unless the window is open.

would you guess the axle is on its way out?

Did you bend the brake dustshield maybe? It could be rubbing.

If it's the same thing that was happening to my wheels, it could be the brakes are too big. I had the same thing coming from my wheels, and took it to Nissan. All brake shops told me my brakes were fine, which they were.. just too big

Check for a nail or screw in your tire.
