Just installed my Diamond Clear corners and had a few questions on the bulbs. I hated the look of the orange bulbs when unlit (saw way too much orange) so I left the clear bulbs in there (ahhh much nicer). My question is has anyone had problems with cops or whatever if you have the clear bulbs in there?? I also have these Phillips Silver Vision bulbs but they are 12V 21W. I know the Max takes 12V 27W. Would there be any problems with putting the 21W in?? They look nice cause they look clear when unlit but blink orange when turned on.

What do you guys generally do for your turn signal bulbs? Polarg? But are they clear or orange??

Hey...I purchased the diamond cut clear corner lenses about 2 months ago and did the exact same thing as you did (left the clear bulbs in rather than replace them with those ugly but legal orange bulbs) and I have not had one single problem with cops. I dont think that they are that big of a deal to cops, depending on how strict your city or states law enforcement is.

Yeah I don't think I'll have problems with the cops. I'd like to get the brighter Polarg bulbs for the front turns, corners and some Piaa headlight bulbs....think it's time to make a trip to Ange's shop!

 

good luck goin through Ange, she is extremely nice but it seems that the bulbs and corners I ordered is takin a while; but i know she will pull through

 

I have polarg hyperwhite bulbs in my front blinkers and I haven't had any trouble with

 

no trouble. i had blue ones in for a couple days and the cops didnt like that. stay w/clear bulbs

 

Cool, thanks guys! I definitely want Polargs all around cause I'm really not feeling these yellowish dim looking lights.
