alright...i've searched and read almost all that i could find, but is there an easier way to remove pinstripes? i started to take off my doorguards which took near an hour and then started to take off my pinstripes. i took them off my left trunk side and left rear door so far and took me nearly an hour and a half (cleaning and waxing those parts too). now my thumb and index fingernail are in pain ... there has to be an easier way than just a hairdryer and peeling, isnt there? also, i removed my maxima badge and was able to take off all of the glue except this one blob. right under where the first 'M' was, there is this blob of glue (half the size of a dime) that wont come off. i've deformed my fingernails tryin to pop it off and drowned with gumoffm but nothing worked so far, any ideas? so far though, im really happy with the results. i never new gumout/WD40 worked so great. thanks.

The Eastwood Co. makes a pinstripe eraser. It's round and mounts in an electric drill. I've never used it, so who knows if it works. 3M makes an automotive adhesive remover, but you can only get it at an automotive paint supply store.

I used a combination of heat and "Goo Gone".....the Goo Gone
seemed to work a little better than the WD-40....either way it was a time consuming job and i could not think of a better way of doing it. I wouldnt touch my car with anything sticking out of a drill....sounds too harsh(read RISKY) to me. Take your time its worth it.
