PIAA Hyper Whites (Doh!)

I made the mistake of purchasing Custommaxima's front light bulb set up. Which was PIAA Hyperwhites head lights and Polarg accesories bulbs for the rest of the lights. Well the colors didn't match with the side marker being extremely blue. Well I liked the PIAA head lights so I purchased the rest of the PIAA Hyperwhites for the other bulbs but they look identical to the polargs! What gives?! Same make, model, and color! Is it because of their positioning some seem bluer than others? Thanks.

Is there a fix for this? I'm not sure since nothing is wrong/broken. I think they are a little bit brighter than the Polargs do. All in all I'm sorta satisfied with my purchase. Is there an explanation for the variation in colors when the bulbs are all the same? I think it might be the positioning or the distance inside the casing. Jeez those sidemarker ones are blue as heck. The blinker isn't that far away from the side marker. Then again the headlight is white as can be! Oh well, time to move on I suppose. Thanks for hearing me out.

The color differance is easily explained. If you look at your headlights there is a cover over the bulb itself in teh headlight. This is to direct the light to the reflector and get a more even beam pattern. There is NO cover over the rest of the lights so you can see the bulb directly (Through the side markers etc...) The buld itself, including the headlight appears to be blue, though the light that it gives off is very bright, as you can tell from your headlights. If you look at the center of your headlights when they're on you'll see a faint blue glow as well. That's why you seem to have blue corners but white headlights.

Hope this helps!

If I didnt hate hyperwhite headlights for the reason of being less bright than halogens, and really bad in the rain, as well as the chance of burning out your harness. I think a white headlights (or HID), and orange corners would look nice along with white or HID fogs and orange clearance.
