Help! Car won't kick over!

I have a 1995 GXE 5-spd.
I just got done rebuilding the transmission.
I put it in the car. I have hooked everything back up, the sensors, clutch, engine components, and everything else I undid.
I went to start it yesterday and it would not start. It was making a choking sound as if a computer wasn't letting it turn over. All I can come up with is that the clutch needs to be bled some more. I bled it a little, so I see movement of the shift fork, but it may need more. The wheels were trying to spin when I tried starting it. The clutch pedal itself is at the floor with about 1-2 inches of pressure movement. It springs out only if you pull it.
Any input on this would be great!

I want my damn car back to drive, i just over turned my 4runner, and i want my car that won't flip!

Bleeding the clutch is usually a long process. You probably still need to bleed it some more.
