95-96 Red/Clear Tails
Hey is there any way to strip the color off the tail lights, then paint the top redand leave the bottom clear?

No. If you want to do that, just swap 97-99 tails in.

And before you ask if that is possible or how to do that, go read the stickied threads up top labled "Important".
