a rebuild from nissan with core change is
340 something buck
core cost another 30
this is what they called genuine nissan parts
that's all I know
Install is an hour work and a half worth of labor
don't quote me on the price to the exact tenths....but they are over 300.
get generic if you can and buy the best one
