slow max

Hi i've been here for awhile now.. some of you might know that i just had my clutch and flywheel changed.. i also changed my KS.... my car had been park for almost 2 or 3 months with not much gas n it.. (very poor amount of gas) and now that i have install everything when i WOT the car would go fast and keep eating gas, but wont go anywhere, and then it will move again and then stop again.... as if it would only get gas from time to time.. i just got everyting install tonight. and the mechanic told me that the pistons or something like that might be dirty and to wait for a while and see what happens.. any ideas n what i can do or how long this is going to be like this.. thank you
