Time to do the generals

ok, so ive had my car for bout 3 months now. i fixed all the problems that came w/ the car cel's bad tires etc. i have about 68k on the car and i got it w/ 65k. i was hoping to do some general maintence to advance performance and logevity. i also am not sure if the 60k tuneup was done. how can i make sure it was?

what i was thinking was;
- coolant flush
- fuel filter replacement
- spark plugs?
- atf flush and replace
- brake fluid

what else do you guys recommend i do? thanks
