How to remove bumper on 4th gen.

Does anybody know how to remove the front and rear bumper on the 4th gen Maximas? Any site that you can recommend....Thanks in advance guys....

well im not too sure about this, but when i was putting my plates on, my dad noticed some screws under the hood that looked like they were bolted to the bumber, look under there and see if they are there. DONT UNSCREW ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE ABOUSTLY SURE IT WILL WORK!!!!!
