High Oil Temp, Weird O/D, Freaky A/C... ARGH!!

Ok, here's the scoop. Spontaneously one day, the Max's A/C started acting oddly. The fan would slow down, then return to normal. I noticed that the RPMs surged by about 1000, coinciding with the A/C fan problems.

I diagnosed this to possibly be the belt slipping on the semi-new UDP. Is this probable?

Next... again, spontaneously... Upon starting the car up, the O/D light flashed a few times, then shut off. Thinking nothing of it, I took the car down the road. The A/C only blew HOT air. The temp gauge on the stock cluster was ALL THE WAY TO HOT. My aftermarket EGT gauge read normal, though. Also, the auto tranny stuck in 2nd gear. The CEL came on. *sigh*

I drove back home, checked the CEL. It turned out to be 3 sensor errors. Knock, A/T ECM, and one other that I have forgotten.

I disconnected the A/T ECM and reconnected it. I reset the CEL and it didnt come back on. The car acted notmally for a bit.

Currently, the O/D will work sometimes... sometimes not. When it doesn't work, the A/C blows VERY HOT air. The temp gauge stays at VERY HOT regardless if the O/D works or not.

Ideas??? *sigh* I want a 5 speed...
